Individual Counseling - $120

In individual counseling, we'll work together to untangle the thoughts, feelings, and experiences weighing on you, at your pace, without judgement. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, identity, religious baggage, or just the quiet feeling that 'something's off,'
you don't have to face it alone. I'm here to help.
Relationship Counseling - $120
Every relationship hits friction, but it doesn't mean you're broken. Maybe you're stuck in the same arguments, feeling more like roommates than partners, or unsure how to reconnect after trust has been shaken. In relationship counseling, we'll create a space for both of you to be heard, understood, and challenged in a way that moves you forward. Whether you're dating, engaged, married, or somewhere in between, this work isn't about choosing sides, it's about helping you feel safe, seen, and more like a team.
